Spending Christmas here was a great decision! Loved the delicious breakfast and the attentive staff who always went out of their way to make us feel at home. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Plus, the rooms were so cozy and clean—I slept like a baby!

While I enjoyed pretty much everything about the hotel, the only downside was the weak Wi-Fi signal in our room. It was a bit frustrating since we needed to stay connected during our stay.

Couldn't find any faults at all

The breakfast menu had a wide variety of foods to select from. the location was great being within walking distance to popular tourist sites. the terrace in front of the building was a nice spot to have a coffee.

The staff seemed uninterested in helping guests with their luggage, which led to frustration upon arrival. the noise from the street and nearby mosque made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night.

Stayed at a budget accommodation in a surprisingly quiet area. Basic room, but loved the free tea and coffee. Conveniently located near Mangga Dua Square for shopping. I'll recommend this hotel.
